To operate, simply hold the unit with one hand and squeeze the flared lever at the top, until the desired amount of salt or pepper is dispensed.
Release the lever and the base of the unit closes, sealing off the grinding mechanism and preventing further particles from escaping.

Intuitive to hold and to operate, the Joseph Joseph No-Spill Mill is easy to fill and has an adjustable, ceramic mechanism that grinds from fine to coarse grain.
