Kin Knives Waterstone WA1000 Size: 210 x 65mm Soak in water for 25 minutes prior to use. Kin knives should only ever be sharpened on a flat sharpening stone, benchsteel or better still, a sharpening cone. By keeping the knife vertical and wiping it across and down the cone, the angle is automatically correct (see instructions on sharpening). The flat stones all work equally well though we prefer the ceramic stone as it is used dry and does not wear out.
