A bit frustrating that it took over 3 weeks to dispatch and I had to contact Milly's several times - would have been nice to have an indication of delivery time when ordering and updates when further delays arose. When I found one bowl chipped when unpacking Harry sent a replacement swiftly once I had sent a photo.
