I treated myself to this lovely china about 18 months ago. I replaced some Denby which was tough and durable. This china is more delicate, part of it's attractiveness and I've had one or two chips when plates etc have been carelessly placed in the dishwasher. I have not noticed any scratches on the glaze. It would be great if Milly's offered a loyalty scheme. I do replace chipped china and I've also spent a fortune on Global knives for my husband! (Still collecting those). Milly's price is the most competitive if delivery can be a little slow. But beautifully packed and thus far no breakages.

Excellent service; we were kept informed all through the ordering and despatch process. The crockery was very thoroughly well packed. The Sophie Conran design is lovely, and I've admired it for a long time, so I'm loving using it daily. I will keep an eye out for the possible 'scratches' as reported by Christine.
