Delivery

We only take payment for your products when we are ready to despatch your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please see below for estimated courier transit timescales.


Your purchase may be split into multiple consignments and these may be shipped separately. 


Domestic orders will be shipped via one of the following delivery services. Please see below for the timescales of delivery to most UK Mainland postcodes.


UKMail:- 3 to 5 working days

DPD:-    3 to 5 working days

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - 2 to 3 day parcel delivery once despatched with online tracking

 

** We can offer an express delivery service for next working day delivery if required. Please note we must be notified by 1pm on the working day prior to the delivery. The standard cost to most UK postcodes is £6.95. Please call 01204 803070 to check stock availability and to request this service to be added to your order.

 

An email will be sent to the registered email address advising on the courier used and the tracking number for your order once the order has been despatched.


Where mobile numbers have been provided for consignments despatched by UkMail or DPD, SMS text notifications may also be sent with additional delivery information.

We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, but it may take us 2-4 working days to process your order. Please note, at peak trading times, we may take longer to process orders.


Delivery Address

The customer and/or recipients are responsible for supplying full and correct delivery details at the time of purchase. Should inaccurate details be provided, MillysStore cannot be held responsible for any resulting incorrect delivery or non-delivery. Should shipments be returned to us due to such a delivery failure, MillysStore has the right to charge the customer for the re-shipment of the goods to the correct address. MillysStore is not obliged to re-stock and refund the cost of the goods.

  • Orders to the Channel Islands will have the VAT deducted and the relevant shipping charges applied upon receipt of the order.1. Channel Islands


  • 2. Europe, Scandinavia, USA & Canada
    Our charges exclude more remote areas and islands where we will contact you with a subsidised shipping quotation, and are based on a complete order dispatched in one consignment.

  • 3. BFPO
    Orders to BFPO addresses under £200 in value are subject to a subsidised delivery charge of £8.95.

  • 4. VAT to destinations outside of the EU
  • Where orders are placed  for despatch to Non-European Union destinations the prices displayed on Millysstore website ( and any delivery charges where applicable  ) will be deemed to represent the net price after the prior deduction of VAT from the order.  Additionally VAT on any sale can only be zero rated as an export outside the EU if the person placing the order is permanently domiciled and/or resident outside the EU, in accordance with current HMRC regulations.


  • 5. Any orders placed from EU countries for delivery to non-EU countries are subject to standard VAT rates and will be liable for shipping charges. We will contact you with a subsidised shipping quotation upon receipt of your order.

  • 7. Should shipments be returned to us due to a delivery failure as outlined above, MillysStore has the right to charge the customer for the re-shipment of the goods to the correct address. MillysStore is not obliged to re-stock and refund the cost of the goods.

  • 8. Consignments to countries outside the European Union will be subject to any and all import duty, taxes and any other State, Federal or National charges which may be imposed in the destination country all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay and indemnify MillysStore from all such charges and any consequential costs and responsibility. We would suggest that you contact the relevant authorities in the destination country for locally specific information. MillysStore shall not be responsible for any charges that may be levied due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs exam fees, quarantine fees, storage fees, or any other charges outside the normal remit of MillysStore.

  • 9. These charges apply to all MillysStore products unless specifically excepted in the Company’s website and/or any other sales literature and offer notifications. Examples are certain clearance lines and special offers. Additionally, certain outsize or heavier products may incur a shipping surcharge. Should you order a large quantity of heavy goods for delivery overseas, MillysStore will contact you prior to taking any payment with a revised shipping quotation informing you of  any additional shipping costs, at which time you may proceed or cancel.

  • 10. MillysStore reserves the right to amend these delivery terms and charges without prior notice.
